Mosquito Control Technology has been servicing all models of Mosquito Magnets since 2005. We have partnered with Woodstream Corporation, manufacturer of the Mosquito Magnet, since 2008. We are both committed to a 360° after purchase Customer Support Strategy. Our job is to work with all Mosquito Magnet customers and provide direct support that will insure ongoing satisfaction of your Mosquito Magnet purchase.

Woodstream recommends Seasonal Tuneups and repairs if needed, on all Mosquito Magnets that are over one year from date of purchase to keep them operating at peak performance. Mosquito Control Technology is announcing our exclusive preseason FREE MM Tuneup™ offer to all customers who own a Mosquito Magnet that is over one year old.

Please provide the following when preparing your Mosquito Magnet for shipment:

• Mosquito Magnet (head only) Please click here if you need help disassembling your Commercial Pro. Note: If sending Commercial Pro, please send regulator and we will pressure test it at no charge
• A copy of your Ticket ID / Invoice number (you will receive this via e-mail)
• A copy of your FREE pre-paid shipping label adhered to the outside packaging (you will receive this via e-mail)
• Your Name, Shipping Address and Phone Number

Place the head of your unit in a secure box with sufficient packing material to pad the unit. You must use UPS if you are using the FREE pre-paid shipping label. To find the Certified Shipping Center nearest you, please click here. Please keep a copy of your tracking number for your records.

Please note: The Free Tuneup / Shutdown Does Not Include Additional Repair Parts if necessary for proper operation in the spring.
If your return shipping state is AK or HI please contact us as there is additional freight.

*We will ship your unit(s) back using UPS. The return shipping and handling fee is a flat rate of $39.00 (per machine) and will be processed upon checkout. Please do not send the base, stand, tank or green housing (Commercial Pro only) as you may incur further shipping charges.
If additional copies of the original shipping label are requested you will be charged an additional $1.00 per copy as creating duplicates takes up valuable time that could be spent repairing units, answering phone calls and emails etc.

If you are shipping more than one machine, please adjust the quantity accordingly as this will determine how many pre-paid shipping labels that we will be sending you. If you have additional comments to add there will be an appropriate box on the next check out page.
